We won Gold with our    version of a London Dry at the 2022 NZ Spirits awards and never really named it - so now we have - Introducing Bream Bay Dry Gin to celebrate our local area and where to love to walk our dogs.

Botanicals

Macedonian Juniper, Villa Franca Lemon Peel, Lime Peel, Nutmeg, Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Almonds, Cinnamon Sticks, Cardamom, Poppy Seeds, Liquorice, Coriander, Angelica.

Distillation Notes

This batch has been distilled four times and went through 20 vapour infusion extraction cycles to extract the flavour from the botanicals. 

As usual the pure gin was diluted with Carbon Neutral Antipodes Water to achieve 46% ABV.

BTW there's about 3 kilograms of Gladfield Barley and 1,000 hours of sunshine required to fill each Grain to Glass Gin Bottle.

Pair with Fever Tree Tonic Naturally Light for a refreshing low calorie drink. Or you can enjoy with a few lumps of ice.

Tasting notes:

This is our version of a classic London Dry Gin, the Juniper base is predominate but the Lime also makes itself know!

The botanicals literally dance on your tongue and have an incredibly long finish.
