We are possibly the newest Gin Distillery based in Northland but we have a four year history before we escaped Auckland!
We are available for Distillery Tours and Private tastings on most Sundays - we have a special on license for this - please contact us for details.
To make our Gin we first ferment a beer from Gladfield Malt (the finest in the world), then we distill the beer into a whiskey, then we distill the whiskey into a vodka, then finally we distill the vodka into a gin and let it sit for four - six weeks. We do all this work so you don't have to. You can just drink it and tell all your friends about us.
We are possibly the world's smallest distillery and only produce nine bottles per batch.
